Yes! Your ticket grants you entry to the event site, where you can enjoy food and drinks to your heart’s content between 12:00 pm and 18:00 pm (while stocks last).

The only cost you’ll incur at the event is a € 10 deposit for the wine glass. You’ll get this deposit back when you leave the event (upon returning the wine glass). If you’d like to buy something from the pop-up shops, this is of course not included in the ticket price.

You can find all the latest information about the line-up here: You can look forward to the best fire chefs, winemakers and producers from the drinks and delicatessen scene.

Yes, of course! We’ll be barbecuing whatever the weather. We’ve made sure there’s plenty of shelter. But do remember to wear suitable clothing and footwear in case of bad weather – it can get a bit chilly even in July.

No, there is no minimum age. Families and children are also welcome.

The Burning Love Grill & Gourmet Festival takes place right in the centre of Zell am See. If you’re travelling by car, you can use the underground car park directly at the venue (400 spaces).

Thanks to its central location, the train station and bus station are just a few metres from the event – a mere 2-minute walk away. This means there’s nothing to stop you from travelling by public transport. Guests staying in a hotel or apartment in the province of Salzburg can use the Guest MobilityCard to travel for free on public transport throughout the entire province.

You can easily buy tickets for our event online here. You will then receive a QR code for your mobile phone, which you can use to check in easily at the entrance. Alternatively, you can have a Print@home ticket sent to your email address and simply print it out at home. You then simply take the printout with you to check in at the BurningLove entrance. There will also be a limited number of tickets available on the door.

Log in to the ticket shop; you’ll find your order history under ‘My orders’. Simply log in using the details from your order. Here you can view your order history, check your tickets and, if necessary, change the name on them.

We do not offer refunds for tickets that have been purchased. If you are unable to attend the event, you can simply transfer the ticket to a friend.

Everyone is welcome here. The festival site and the car parks in the adjacent underground car park are accessible. You can use the lift to travel between the different festival levels. The only restriction applies to access to the rooftop. For structural reasons, this level can only be reached via a staircase with a few steps. Just let us know, and our team will be happy to help you overcome this minor obstacle.

If you require a carer, we will provide them with a free festival pass. Please note that this is only available to those with a disability rating of 50% or higher. Don’t forget to bring your disability card.

The organiser reserves the right to make last-minute changes to dates and the programme; such changes do not entitle the holder to a refund.

In the event of the absence of one or more chefs/winemakers/exhibitors, the unavailability of parts of the venue, or technical failure due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a refund. Any expenses incurred, such as travel to and from the event, accommodation, etc., will not be reimbursed by the organiser in the event of cancellations, postponements, line-up or programme changes for which the organiser is not at fault.

Audio, image and video recordings will be made and processed at this event. These will be stored, further processed and distributed and processed locally, nationally and internationally.

In particular, the recordings will be shared on social media beyond the scope of journalistic reporting and used to create commercially available products. By entering the venue, you agree that you may also be recognisably visible in these recordings.

Allergens may be present in the food and drinks. If you have any food intolerances, please ask at the relevant stall whether the food contains any allergens and, if so, which ones. We’ll be happy to help!
